Week 10

Monday 25th March 2024
  • Last night I have been organizing all the photos that I have and today I'm going to render as many videos as I possibly can.
  • I also noticed that two of the videos I rendered weren't rendered properly so I decided I would look over those and fix them.
  • I have now rendered seven new videos, and with that, in terms of the day 1 pictures, I'm only missing editing the session 1 folder, and for the day 2 pictures, I need to edit the session 4 folder and all the pictures in the Student Design Challenge.


Tuesday 26th March 2024
  • I have been looking through my folders and trying to organize each of the images that I want to use for the coming weeks.
  • I also have been thinking of perhaps ploughing down through the day 1 folder so that is all complete.
  • Maybe I could also put these into my CV and talk about how I worked on videos as voluntary work.
Wednesday 27th March 2024
  • Today has been very busy for me as I have managed to render various videos.




  • One of the videos needed to be fixed since there was an issue with the transition. The rest of the videos rendered without any issues.
  • With these videos done, that means that everything in the day 1 folder is completed, leaving only the folders and subfolders for Day 2, Day 3 and Studios Day.
Thursday 28th March 2024 and Friday 29th March 2024
  • Due to the Easter break, I decided to take a break from making videos. However, I was still organizing my folders to choose the photos to use.

Monday 15th January 2024 For my first time visiting Tyndall, I had to take part in a first day on-boarding session. We were shown various PowerPoint presentations regarding the company and all the rules that it has regarding using the computers or the rooms within the building. We were also given sheets that we had to fill in to create our accounts for Tyndall, including creating our own passwords. We were shown the safety protocols and what we need to do during the event of a fire or a gas leak. I met up with my supervisor, Ré O'Cinneide, and we had a chat about what we were going to do in Tyndall. I was given a list of things I need to do: Do everything from the email you will get. Week 12

  Monday 8th April 2024 I have all the pictures organized for the videos, and I should have all the videos done by the end of the week. I plan to finally get all the day 3 and Studios Day folders done and with that every single folder will have videos to them. Today's focus will be to edit the videos, I won't actually render them until later on in the week. But at least with this, I should be all set. I finished editing the entire video. And then with tomorrow (or sometime during the week if not that) I will have finished rendering every folder. Tuesday 9th April 2024 Today I have been focusing on rendering the videos that I have edited yesterday. I have rendered a total of 11 videos. All of which go through the Day 3 and Studios Day folders and subfolders. And with that, the entirety of the TEI Photos have been completed. I have sent the videos over to Trevor for review, and I have let him know that is the last of the videos that need to be done.

Week 7

  Monday 26th February 2024 Today I am working from home so that I may focus on working on my audio and video work. I ended up composing a new song for a video that I am making. I also received news regarding my assignment that told me about my presentation that I need to do as part of it, which is worth 30%. Everyone is doing it on different weeks, but I'm doing mine on the 7th of March at 2:00pm. The presentation lasts for 5-7 minutes and will focus on my experience of work placement. The students of the second year Creative Digital Media class will also ask me questions. I need to talk about the company and what my role in said company, as well as what skills I have learned and any challenges I faced. Regarding this presentation, I was thinking on working on that when I work in Tyndall.
