Week 11

 Monday 1st April 2024

  • I had the idea of making some videos but not rendering them until I have free time on my hands.
Tuesday 2nd April 2024
  • I emailed Trevor about the previous week's blog post, which I didn't email before due to the Easter break.
  • I have also been rendering various different videos throughout tonight.



  • All of these videos relate to Day 2 Session 4, so with that, all the videos from that subfolder have been done.
  • I have also emailed Trevor about these new videos.
  • As of now, I only have the Student Design Challenge in the Day 2 folder. As well as the Day 3 and Studios Day folders.
Wednesday 3rd April 2024
  • Today I started work on the Student Design Challenge folder in Day 2.

  • I have rendered the following folders within:
    • Allybot
    • MOZA
    • DOGO
    • Student Design Winners
  • I have sent all of these videos to Trevor for review.
  • I also had an interesting and more time saving idea. Instead of always having to remake the video for each folder and subfolder, perhaps I could make all of these into one video, so that way I don't have to always reload the same video file every single time.
Thursday 4th April 2024
  • Regarding the idea that I have discussed the previous day, I decided I would go with implementing this in my video editing software of choice.

  • The idea of this is rather than having to create a project for every single video, I would create each video inside the same project, and thus saving time and potentially disk drive space.
Friday 5th April 2024
  • Following up the work that I have completed last night, I decided that I would render seven new videos.



  • With this, I completed work on the day 2 folder, and completed a substantial amount in the day 3 folder. I only have two subfolders left to go through with the day 3 folder, as well as the Studios Day folder.
  • I have all these videos sent over to Trevor for review.

Monday 15th January 2024 For my first time visiting Tyndall, I had to take part in a first day on-boarding session. We were shown various PowerPoint presentations regarding the company and all the rules that it has regarding using the computers or the rooms within the building. We were also given sheets that we had to fill in to create our accounts for Tyndall, including creating our own passwords. We were shown the safety protocols and what we need to do during the event of a fire or a gas leak. Week 12

  Monday 8th April 2024 I have all the pictures organized for the videos, and I should have all the videos done by the end of the week. I plan to finally get all the day 3 and Studios Day folders done and with that every single folder will have videos to them. Today's focus will be to edit the videos, I won't actually render them until later on in the week. But at least with this, I should be all set. I finished editing the entire video. And then with tomorrow (or sometime during the week if not that) I will have finished rendering every folder. Tuesday 9th April 2024 Today I have been focusing on rendering the videos that I have edited yesterday. I have rendered a total of 11 videos. All of which go through the Day 3 and Studios Day folders and subfolders. And with that, the entirety of the TEI Photos have been completed. I have sent the videos over to Trevor for review, and I have let him know that is the last of the videos that need to be done.

  Monday 26th February 2024 Today I am working from home so that I may focus on working on my audio and video work. I ended up composing a new song for a video that I am making. I also received news regarding my assignment that told me about my presentation that I need to do as part of it, which is worth 30%. Everyone is doing it on different weeks, but I'm doing mine on the 7th of March at 2:00pm. The presentation lasts for 5-7 minutes and will focus on my experience of work placement. The students of the second year Creative Digital Media class will also ask me questions. I need to talk about the company and what my role in said company, as well as what skills I have learned and any challenges I faced. Regarding this presentation, I was thinking on working on that when I work in Tyndall.
